2019 Miss Asian North America Agreement

As a contestant in the 2019 Miss Asian North America Pageant, I certify that all information submitted online and on paper are true and correct. If any of the following is not true or cease to be true at any time during my participation in the Miss Asian North America Pageant, I will be excused from any further participation in the Miss Asian North America Pageant and will immediately relinquish any and all titles and prizes bestowed upon me as a result of my participation in the Miss Asian North America Pageant. I further certify that I am female between the ages of 15 and 45 by the date of June 2019, I am a resident of North America at least four months prior to the pageant and that I have at least one fourth Asian ancestry; that I am single and have never been married; I am not pregnant; that I have never been convicted of any crime; that I have never taken, posed, and/or modeled for any nude photograph(s), and/or other sexually explicit multimedia media/medium; that I am not aware of any physical or psychological conditions that may limit my ability to participation in the Miss Asian North America Pageant and related activities.

1. I will not seek any reimbursement of costs I expended during, arising out of, related to, or resulting from my participation in the Miss Asian North America Pageant and all related activities.
2. I hereby fully release Miss Asian North America producers, MANAO, its employees, volunteers, officers, directors, contractors, successors, agents, and assigns from any and all responsibility for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with my participation in the Miss Asian Teen Las Vegas pageant and all related activities whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, food poisoning, travel, and mechanical or other failure of transportation.
3. I hereby authorize the Miss Asian North America Pageant to use my name, likeness, image, photographs, writings, recordings, and personality derived from my participation in the Miss Asian North America/Las Vegas Pageant and all related activities for any and all purposes; including but not limited to publicity, promotions, marketing, advertising, distribution, and sale without any obligation for remuneration or compensation.
4. I understand that the name, location, and date of the event is subject to change. I have fully read this agreement and understand the terms and conditions contained herein and I agree to be bound by such.

Agreement

I certify that I have never been arrested or convicted of any crime, including misdemeanors; that I have never taken, posed, and/or modeled for any nude photograph(s), and/or other sexually explicit multimedia media/medium; that I am not aware of any physical or psychological conditions that may limit my ability to participation in the 2019 Miss Asian North America Pageant and related activities.
